Patent Act 1970 , Section 48 and Section 47. Section 47 of the Indian Patents Act of 1970 states that a patent can be granted under certain conditions.  These conditions include allowing the government to import or make a patented product or process for its own use. Delhi spacial unit, DIU" of North East district along with Maharashtra Enforcement lawfirm team, investigated many tredars engage selling supplying duplicate low quality CPVC Pipes.  On 21/02/2020 booked an FIR against counterfeit supplier in Karaval Nagar north east Delhi, and found huge fake pipes of reputed companies brands.  Arrested person under Trademark act 103/104 . 

M ore than 73 million people smoke BIDI's in India,government gained in revenue 17% of the cost from the sale of tobacco products, the informal bidi market often escapes taxation. To make matters worse, the higher taxes for cigarettes move smokers towards BIDI' s, because they are under-taxed and cheaper. smoking bidis makes people even more prone to lung cancer than smoking cigarettes. Bidis contain more hazardous chemicals and nicotine than cigarettes.  On 28/01/2020,  Maharashtra Enforcement's legal team along with Bhiwandi shanti nagar Police and ACP team raided s purious Tobacco products at Bhiwandi Thane, seized more then 12 lakhs worth of duplicate goods and arrested person under copyright act.   Raid Picture.

As per the tip-off from our source . Our team investigated in Chennai and find  trader engaged in selling/ supplying counterfeit/duplicate goods throughout his network, selling Fake brand Incense Sticks. Using same name and  logo of our client . The accused run his private business in Kolathur Chennai . After verifying all facts our team contacted Police, with our legal & investigating team, explain the issue, and very same day, we manage to get the Police order to go ahead, in Tamilnadu very difficult to get raid order. But here we are facing big issue of duplicate goods stock availability . Then we started monitoring his activity everyday and finally we got goods available .With Chennai crime branch our team raided the above location and seized huge quantity of counterfeit incense sticks kept for supplying across Chennai market. Our local unit find counterfeiter engaged in selling/ supplying throughout online platform like Mantra.com and & other online e portals sides, selling Fake Branded Garments Men's Shirt and Jeans Online.  Using same name and logo . The accused also having his own brand name also. On 27/06/2019, We liaison with Police and file an FIR under section copyright act 1957/63 IPC section 420.  Police also seized other brands shirts Jeans Tags packing material in huge quantity.  All counterfeits goods has been checked and samples collected by Police officer and said, will investigate the Bill and Invoice and take appropriate legal action on counterfeiters..
